Today's prompt is about new beginnings. A new chapter, turning a page, beginning anew. It's really a wonderful prompt as the day's get shorter as winter solstice draws near. I chose for the word prompt the phrase "I begin again..." and for the form my eternal favorite, the haiku.

dark nights conceal the germ of
summer's bright, long days
